Made in NY Media Center by IFP
The Made in NY Media Center by IFP is a collaborative workspace based in DUMBO, Brooklyn. At the Media Center I executed marketing activities and strategies to support over 200 events related to media and technology trends, such as panels, workshops, screenings and masterclasses; more than 40 classes for creative entrepreneurs, and programs including Demo Day, Creative to Founder Lab, and the Made in NY and Just Films Fellowships.
In addition, I developed the relationships with strategic partners, stakeholders, vendors, various organizations and partners, such as the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment, Vimeo and Indiegogo.
I also wrote the content and coordinated a weekly newsletter. I also managed the social media accounts.
IFP Film Week
Project Managed all the design deliverables for IFP's Film Week 2016.
IFP Film Week is the place where filmmakers, artists, and storytellers cross paths with people who help move their projects forward. Creators get funding, advice, and opportunities. Industry insiders get to discover new talent and ideas.
Masterclass with Michel Gondry
I help with promoting and supporting different events, panels and classes related to media and technology. This is a photo from a Masterclass we had with one of my favorite filmmakers, Michel Gondry.
The latest media trends.
At the Media Center, I executed marketing and conversation strategies to support events, workshops and classes related to the latest media trends, such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, journalism and content platforms, among many others.
Digital Art
Each month, the media arts gallery showcases an eclectic and provocative section of video art, interactive big data pieces and/or fine art pieces by established and emerging artists.
Newsletter
I also wrote the content and coordinated the Media Center's weekly newsletter. Where we promote our events, classes, membership and latest trends.
