Eduardo Galeano

I have always had a deep admiration for Eduardo Galeano. His political essay’s and reflections were always on point, poetic and illuminating. He had this particular gift of looking through history with critical eyes. Acknowledging the maladies of our time such as the patriarchy, colonialism, racism and slavery; but also he recognized the beauty of communities and the singular power of hope.
